What is particularly wonderful about humanist weddings is their capacity to provide a deeply meaningful occasion wherever a couple wish to be married, without the requirements which religious or civil ceremonies place on your celebration.
I have been officiating over Wedding Ceremonies for many years, in traditional, less than usual, and highly imaginative locations. Each and every one has been a joy to conduct.
It is difficult to bring to mind a venue where I wouldn’t consider conducting a wedding ceremony, so, though most do take place in hotels, stately homes, castles and other registered venues, many couples are looking for a unique setting. An outdoor ceremony could be your own garden, a wood, on a Lake District Fell, a clifftop or beach, riverside or waterfall, or wherever your dreams takes you. I have conducted ceremonies in all of these places, but also a theatre, a cinema, a bandstand, a bowling club, fields, tipis and more . . . if your per wedding venue is a hot-air balloon, on a boat, at a theme park, or in your favourite restaurant, the only constraints are your imaginations!

More and more couples are making the decision to tie the knot overseas, but many want the reassurance of working with a celebrant they have had the opportunity to get to know and trust to officiate, and to review the ceremony before they travel, secure in the knowledge that their wedding ceremony is perfect prior to their big day.
